Voluntary Blood Donation Camps & Donor Network

Regular Mega Camps Every 3 Months Since 2012

At Helper Shahbad Society, we have been organizing large-scale Voluntary Blood Donation Camps regularly once in every three months since 2012. Over 4,200 voluntary blood donors from Shahbad and surrounding rural villages are permanently registered with our society.

All donated blood is collected by expert medical teams from PGIMER Chandigarh (Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research) and Government Multi Specialty Hospital (GMSH-32). To date, over 43 mega camps have been conducted, mobilizing more than 17,870 units of life-giving blood for thalassemia children, trauma victims, and cancer patients.

In addition to scheduled quarterly camps, our emergency blood coordinator network operates 24/7. Whenever an urgent requirement arises for rare negative groups (O-Negative, AB-Negative, B-Negative), we dispatch verified local donors to the hospital immediately.
